    Service & Mentorship Training  


    Equipping kids & teens to serve, communicate, & to grow in a Christ-centered culture: 


    • Kids Ministry: Learn to serve & communicate, through live simulations with a parent. 
    • Jr High School Ministry: Practice service & interpersonal skills through peer-to-peer simulations using a buddy system.
    • High School Ministry: Develop service & interpersonal skills under the guidance of a mentor, preparing for college & beyond.

    Rooted in John 15:5, we branch out by training and equipping ministries and nonprofits to serve with excellence, compassion, and a Christ-centered impact, creating opportunities for others to experience salvation. 


     TESTIMONY

    Sonia's passion is deeply personal: "I met Jesus in the parking lot of a church, (Celebration Community Church, San Jose, CA) when a parking greeter smiled, waved at me, and welcomed me home. That day, I gave my life to Christ."

    Sonia Field

    Hi! Welcome to Fieldworks Ministry! 

    I'm Sonia. Alongside my husband, Kevin and our son, Joshua, we enjoy spending time outdoors after church—whether it's paddle boarding, or dirt bike riding to the top of the beautiful hills of Livermore, soaking in the stunning Central Valley views! Come join us sometime. 


    EQUIPPED BY GOD


    I bring 20+ years of experience in patient care & service excellence, including roles at Stanford healthcare & Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, where I developed a deep understanding of compassion & high standards of excellence. My healthcare background shaped my ability to assess needs, build effective systems, & trained teams to deliver unified & life-giving experiences.


    For 4.5 years, God called me into ministry as the Director of Guest Services at 3Crosses, where I applied the same passion & expertise to a church setting. I helped grow a volunteer team from 7 to over 130 during & after the pandemic, cultivating Christ-centered hospitality that welcomed guests & walked with them through life’s challenges.


    Now, I step into a new mission: to empower & equip churches through training in hospitality, operations, & developing the NextGen. My heart is to help ministries strengthen their culture of service so they can reach & care for their communities with excellence & grace.


    I hold a bachelor's degree in Communication with an emphasis in Interpersonal Skills and Human Relationships, and I am currently pursuing a master's in Leadership.
