Hi, I'm Sonia.
Alongside my husband Kevin and our son Joshua, we enjoy spending time outdoors after church—whether it’s paddle boarding or riding dirt bikes through the hills of Livermore, taking in the beauty of God’s creation.
EQUIPPED FOR THIS CALLING
With over 20 years of experience in patient care and service excellence including roles at
Stanford Health Care & Santa Clara Valley Medical Center, I developed a deep understanding of compassion, systems, and delivering high-quality, people-centered experiences.
God later called me into ministry as Director of Guest Services at my local church, where I applied these same principles in a church setting.
During that time, I helped grow a volunteer team from 7 to over 130 members during and after the pandemic, building a culture of Christ-centered hospitality that welcomed people and walked alongside them through life’s challenges.
Today, through FieldWorks Ministry,
I equip churches, schools, and nonprofit organizations to strengthen their culture of service, develop leaders, and create meaningful, lasting impact.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Communication with an emphasis in Interpersonal Skills and Human Relationships and I am currently pursuing my Master’s degree.
